Description: Clinical commissioning groups (CCGs) have been established all over the country, enabling general practitioners and other clinicians to work alongside NHS managers and commissioners to plan and buy health services for their local population. On 1 April 2013 clinical commissioning groups replaced primary care trusts as the lead commissioners for the majority of local health services.

Description: The location of Safe Places throughout Nottingham. The Safe Places scheme is operated by Nottingham Mencap and the buildings identified offer safe places in the community where vulnerable people with learning disabilities can go if they get into trouble or feel unsafe, frightened or bullied.
Description: A place-based partnership is a collaborative effort between various organisations and stakeholders within a specified geographic location to address local issues and improve the health and well-being of residents. This partnership includes healthcare providers, social care, mental health services, community groups, and voluntary organizations. By working together, they aim to address health inequalities and ensure that everyone in Nottingham has access to the care and support they need, regardless of their background or circumstances. The PBP is part of the broader Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Integrated Care System (ICS), focusing on creating healthier communities and reducing disparities in health outcomes.
