Once obtained, a certificate is valid for 10 years. However each time a property is sold or let a new certificate will be issued. Not all properties will have a certificate, i.e. if they have not been sold or let since 2008. This dataset only includes commercial and non-domestic certificates for Nottingham City and only records the most recent rating for each property.</SPAN></P></DIV></DIV></DIV> |
